We’re a respected Scottsdale law firm focused exclusively on probate, trust, estate, and inheritance litigation, and we’re hiring a full-time Probate Litigation Paralegal.
You’ll help clients navigate high-stakes probate, trust, estate, and inheritance disputes with accuracy, organization, and compassion. Your work will directly support clients facing some of the most difficult and emotional situations of their lives, and your skills, professionalism, and compassion will make a meaningful difference.
What you’ll do
- Support attorneys on probate, trust, estate, guardianship, conservatorship, and vulnerable-adult litigation matters
- Prepare documents and manage discovery from start to finish
- Own case management and trial preparation, keeping matters moving efficiently
- Communicate with clients with professionalism and care

- At least 3 years of Arizona litigation experience

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, $70,000 to $85,000 plus bonus opportunities, 401(k) with employer contributions and profit sharing, health benefits, and paid time off.
