Amanda Thomas leads Berk Law Group as Director of Operations. She bring more than two decades of hands-on operational leadership to the firm. Amanda knows what it takes to build something from the ground up: in 2007 she founded her own company, grew and led its teams over 14 years, and successfully sold the business in 2021. That owner’s-seat experience, running day-to-day operations, developing people, and scaling a business through every stage, shapes how she approaches her work today.
Amanda went on to found The Fractionals, where she provided integrated fractional COO services to growing businesses, helping founders move from the demands of daily management to true, forward-looking leadership. Her focus has always been the same: build systems that run smoothly, develop teams that thrive, and free leaders to do their best work.
At Berk Law Group, Amanda oversees the firm’s operations as it enters a new chapter of growth. She partners with Kent and the firm’s attorneys to strengthen the systems, processes, and people that allow Berk Law Group to remain the trusted resource Arizona families rely on during some of their most difficult moments. Her emphasis on operational excellence and team development positions the firm to serve more clients and to serve them even better.
