Why work at Berk Law Group
At BLG, culture matters. Our team is close-knit, collaborative, and committed to integrity, professionalism, and excellent client service. We handle complex family, fiduciary, and financial disputes (trusts, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, elder abuse, and inheritance matters) that are intellectually engaging and genuinely help people through some of the hardest moments of their lives. It’s a stable, specialized practice area with steady demand and room to grow.

- Strong compensation: competitive pay, bonus opportunities, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, and paid bar dues and CLE
- Modern and efficient: an AI-forward firm that uses technology to work smarter, not just harder
- A team you’ll like: team lunches and events, a supportive culture, and dogs in the office
- Easy to get to: Scottsdale office right off the 101 and Raintree, next to a park
