Seeking Associate Litigation Attorney
We are seeking an Arizona licensed attorney with a strong desire to handle contested probate matters including:

All matters under Title 14, Arizona Revised Statutes, including decedent’s estates, trusts, guardianships, conservatorships, powers of attorney, fiduciary misconduct, non-probate transfers, various others and the numerous related, sometimes civil, disputes that arise in connection with those matters;

Various matters that arise under Title 36, Arizona Revised Statutes, including disputes over health care directives;
-
Claims for abuse, neglect or financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult under Title 46, Arizona Revised Statutes;
-
Disputes over the disposition of a decedent’s remains; and
-
Others
Contrary to some perceptions, an active probate practice is very diverse, challenging and rewarding.
Starting salary depends on experience. In addition to salary, associates earn bonuses based originations and, after qualification, firm profitability. The firm also has a 401(k) with employer contributions, a profit sharing plan, group health and life insurance.
Base Salary: $70,000 – $100,000, depending on experience.

Professional development assistance
Candidates MUST have an established strong desire to primarily handle contested and litigated probate matters. Probate, trust, estate, guardianship, conservatorship and/or vulnerable adult litigation, estate planning and/or civil litigation experience will also be helpful.
Experience:

civil/other litigation (moot court, mock, clinic): 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification: Arizona license to practice law (Required)
