We’re seeking a full-time Legal Operations Director with at least 5 years of experience in operations, office management, or bookkeeping within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong experience with legal billing and financial coordination is essential, along with the ability to confidently lead and manage a team.
In this role, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the firm, overseeing team performance, ensuring accountability, and managing the financial and administrative systems that keep the practice running smoothly. You’ll work closely with attorneys to coordinate workflow and support case progress, while also leading billing, accounts receivable, and day-to-day operations.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping how the firm functions, driving structure, improving processes, and helping ensure that both the team and the firm continue to succeed.
