Keep Scottsdale Beautiful

“The West’s Most Western Town” is one of the most desirable communities to live in the nation. And it’s no wonder: Scottsdale combines the best of urban and natural living. Our downtown is comprised of more than ninety restaurants, three hundred retail stores, and eighty art galleries. Outside the city, the McDowell Sonoran Preserve—the most expansive urban wilderness area in the country—has more than sixty mile of trails through the desert.
To ensure that Scottsdale stays one of the finest communities in Arizona, it is up to residents to keep our home beautiful.
This month, you and your family can do your part to help improve the community by participating in Keep Scottsdale Beautiful Day 2013.
This event, to be held on October 19, is a citywide litter cleanup. Registered “Adopt A Road” groups and new volunteers alike can participate. Each year, the event attracts more than five hundred volunteers, who clean more than 100 miles of roadways in Scottsdale.
We encourage you to take part in this valuable event! For more information, call (480) 312-3111 or visit the event page on the City of Scottsdale website.
We’d also like to thank the dedicated residents who volunteer throughout the year, making sure that Scottsdale’s roads are consistently clean and beautiful.
