Paralegal/Legal Assistant

We’re looking for a full-time Probate Litigation Paralegal/Legal Assistant with at least 3 years of Arizona legal assistant experience (civil litigation required). Probate or trust experience is a plus, but not required.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our attorneys on case management, legal research, drafting, discovery, client communication, trial prep, and day-to-day support. You’ll play a key role in helping clients through some of the most challenging situations of their lives—including guardianships, conservatorships, estate disputes, and vulnerable-adult matters.
