Born and raised in South Florida, Josianne pursued her passion for law and advocacy at the Honors College of Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Global Studies. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.
Josianne takes a thoughtful and compassionate approach to litigation, concentrating her practice on fiduciary misconduct, undue influence, testamentary capacity, and guardianship and conservatorship matters.
Outside the courtroom, she enjoys attending the ballet and theater, practicing Pilates, and curling up with a good book.
