- About
Josianne Griffin brings a unique blend of empathy, legal acumen, and diverse life experiences to her practice. Raised in a rural agricultural community in Florida, Josianne developed a strong work ethic and resilience from a young age. She balanced the demands of raising and caring for livestock with competing in volleyball, soccer, and barrel racing, all while working at the family diner.
Josianne pursued her passion for law and advocacy at the Honors College of Florida Gulf Coast University, graduating with a degree in Political Science and a Minor in Global Studies. Her academic journey continued at the University of Miami Law School, where she co-founded the Disabled Law Student Association. This initiative was deeply personal for Josianne, inspired by her father’s journey after a life-altering accident.
Known for her kindness and understanding, Josianne’s approach to client service sets her apart. She believes in forging genuine connections with her clients, understanding their unique needs, and advocating tirelessly on their behalf.
When not working, Josianne is an avid Pilates enthusiast, having coached professionally for two years. She finds solace in curling up with her favorite books and cherishes time with her family. Josianne also enjoys indulging her creative side through fashion, theater, and the ballet.
