HP SETTLES SUIT AGAINST FORMER CEO

HP has settled the lawsuit it brought against its former CEO which sought to preclude him from going to work for competitor Oracle. The terms of the settlement are not known to Berk Law Group, P.C., but the case seems to have been resolved relatively quickly.
