Daniel P. Fitzpatrick is a dedicated probate, trust & estate litigation attorney known for his distinguished and passionate approach to advocating for his clients. Prior to joining Berk Law Group, P.C., Daniel practiced in a variety of different areas of law providing him a well-rounded legal acumen. Most notably, Daniel gained invaluable hands-on experience in estate planning and general civil litigation, routinely appearing in various courts across the State of Arizona. His prior legal experience enables Daniel to implement unique approaches and strategies all designed to seek the most favorable outcomes for his clients.
Daniel’s educational background is extensive. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication at Arizona State University, graduating cum laude. Daniel then attended Cooley Law School, again attaining cum laude distinction. He also obtained a Master of Arts in Library & Information Science with a particular emphasis on law librarianship at the University of Arizona earning a 4.00 GPA. Simultaneous to his Master’s studies, Daniel also completed a distinguished Fellowship at the Daniel F. Cracchiolo Law Library at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law focused on legal research.
Daniel is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
In his spare time, Daniel enjoys road trips with his puppy Hank, traveling the globe, tackling challenging hikes, exploring slot canyons, and playing basketball.
