As Legal Operations Director, you’ll play a central role in how the firm runs day to day, leading staff, driving accountability, and overseeing billing, financial workflows, and operations. You’ll work closely with attorneys to ensure cases move forward efficiently while maintaining strong systems and processes across the firm.
We offer competitive compensation based on experience ($80,000–$95,000, bonuses, 401(k) with match and profit sharing, health benefits, generous paid time off, and ongoing professional development).
